I completely understand that unforeseen things happen please do your best to give me 48 hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service. No Call / No Show will result in a fee equal to 100% of your scheduled service.

Arriving 15 minutes or later to your appointment may result in a shortened or modified service and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to help you achieve your hair goals and feel amazing about your hair. Due to the time and products invested, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 24 hours and I will be happy to discuss making adjustments.
